1 - 1 Breathwork (In person/Online)

Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice, one that bridges mind, body and spirit through the rhythm of our own breath . Using intentional breathing techniques we can release stored emotions, regulate our nervous system and even access altered states of consciousness.

In these private 1 - 1 sessions, we move slowly and intuitively, guided by the intelligence of your breath and the wisdom of your nervous system. Where we can:

  • Shift from stress, anxiety, overwhelm into grounded stillness

  • Release old patterns and emotional blocks in the body

  • Process grief, anger, fear or other held emotions in a safe, contained space

  • Access expanded states of consciousness

  • Strengthen your physical vitality through deepened lung capacity and detoxification

  • Reconnect with your inner voice, intuition, and truth

Sessions are intuitive but not unstructured. We work with clear intention , attunement and integrity. Meeting you where you are and allowing the breath to take you where you’re ready to go.
