1 - 1 Breathwork (In person/Online)
Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice, one that bridges mind, body and spirit through the rhythm of our own breath . Using intentional breathing techniques we can release stored emotions, regulate our nervous system and even access altered states of consciousness.
In these private 1 - 1 sessions, we move slowly and intuitively, guided by the intelligence of your breath and the wisdom of your nervous system. Where we can:
Shift from stress, anxiety, overwhelm into grounded stillness
Release old patterns and emotional blocks in the body
Process grief, anger, fear or other held emotions in a safe, contained space
Access expanded states of consciousness
Strengthen your physical vitality through deepened lung capacity and detoxification
